I'll hold the space for you

Hello there,

My name is Athma.

I've always loved helping people understand themselves, make thoughtful decisions, and move toward the life they actually want—not the one they feel obligated to live.

I’ve spent a couple of decades in high-pressure corporate environments, leading teams, working with senior executives, and solving complex financial and strategic problems.

Before becoming a coach, I co-founded a startup and later led teams across the U.S., India and Canada. I’ve experienced both sides of the professional world: the ambition and excitement of building something from scratch, and the structure (and stress) of global corporate leadership. I’ve navigated career changes, identity shifts, burnout, self-doubt, and the question that eventually finds all of us: “What am I really trying to do with my life?”

I’ll be honest—I don’t claim to have a perfect answer. But through steady work, reflection, and a lot of trial and error, I’ve learned how to find clarity, contentment, and gratitude in the present moment. Now, I help others develop their own version of that clarity—one that’s true to them, not anyone else’s expectations.

Here are some of the challenges I've helped my clients overcome:

  • Health & Fitness

    • I want to stay fit and go to the gym regularly but I struggle with consistency

  • Motivation & Confidence

    • I want to complete a report / Blog / social media post for my business but lack the motivation

    • I get distracted often and find it difficult to prioritize

    • I am impatient and need to learn to accept

    • I have a lot going on and feel overwhelmed

  • Planning / Productivity

    • Too many priorities - I'd like to plan for the next 12 months

  • Career

    • I recently graduated and am rethinking my career path, especially with all the rapid developments in technology and AI

    • I want to speak to my manager about my compensation but don't know where to start

    • I feel stressed at work and need guidance on how to discuss reducing my workload with my manager.

My coaching style is calm, practical, and deeply reflective. I don’t believe in hype, quick fixes, or pretending everything is positive when it isn’t. I help people slow down enough to hear themselves, see their patterns clearly, and make choices that align with who they are—not who they’ve been trained to be.

Clients often describe me as grounded, non-judgmental, and direct. I create space for clarity, self-honesty, and meaningful action—not just more thinking.

Outside of work, I spend a lot of time in nature. I do long solo hikes—places where you walk for hours, often days, with nothing but your own thoughts. Those experiences taught me patience, resilience, and the power of simplicity. My coaching is influenced by that same slowing down: quiet confidence instead of constant striving.

If you’re at a crossroads, seeking clarity in your life goals, career or identity, or wanting to build a self-employed path that feels authentic, I’d be glad to walk alongside you.

See you soon!
